一般而言，我們會在收到你的訂單後1-3個工作天內安排發貨。發貨後，你將會收到一封帶有訂單快遞編號的確認電郵。

訂單金額低於HKD500，您的貨品將會透過eBuy.mo運送您選擇的eBuy分店，請在結帳時輸入方便您取貨的eBuy分店，分店地地址可於以下網址查詢。
eBuy 自取地點
訂單金額高於HKD500，您的訂單會由OhbabyMacau團隊送到您提供的住址(不上樓)。
其他地區
香港，台灣，新加坡及中國內地的客戶訂單會由順豐速運運送。其他國家的客戶訂單會由全球郵政特快專遞運送。
網站提供免運費服務嗎?
澳門客戶
消費滿HKD300 ，即可享免運費送貨到指定eBuy分店取貨; 消費滿HKD500，可享免運費送貨到客戶提供的地址(不上樓)。
若訂單低於HKD300，需每單繳付HKD10運費。
香港客戶
消費滿HKD599, 即可享免運費。若訂單低於HKD599，請於收到貨品時繳付運費予順豐速遞。

When will I receive my order?
In General, your ordered products will be dispatched within 1-3 days upon ordering. You will then receive an email with the tracking number for record.
If you have ordered more than one item, your entire order will only be shipped until everything is in stock. The estimated arrival dates of pre-order items cannot be guaranteed. We will notify you of any changes, but your order will remain.
How will I receive my order?
Macau
For order below HKD500
Your order will be delivered to your selected eBuy pickup points in Macau, please input the corresponding branch name upon check-out. You may refer to below links for the branch near you.
For order above HKD500
Your order will be delivered by us to your building lobby only.
Other Area
Your order will be delivered by S. F. Express to Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore and China. For rest of the world, your ordered products will be directly delivered by International Express Mail Service (EMS).
Do you offer free shipping?
Macau - Customers are entitled for free delivery to eBuy pick-up points upon HKD300 purchase and free delivery to building lobby upon HKD500 purchase. For any orders below HKD499, delivery charge of HKD10 will be applied upon check-out.
Alternatively, you may settle the delivery charge upon receiving the product from S.F. express for any purchase, please contact us for further assistance.
Hong Kong - Customers are entitled for free shipping upon HKD599 purchase. For any order below HKD599, please settle the delivery charge upon receiving the product from S.F. express.
Please aware that in light of the current situation of COVID-19, overseas delivery may be delayed.
